Three weeks ago Laura's Bakery opened in the new gastro market Torvehallerne, in the centre of Copenhagen.

It has been a busy start for Torvehallerne and the new concept bakery. More than a quarter of a million Copenhageners have passed through the market and many have stopped to see the cool new shop and have af taste of the delicious bread and pastry from Laura's Bakery.
