ParisTexas is a high-end fashion store and Johannes Torpe was chosen to create the interior universe. The client wanted something raw and industrial to complement the clothes and also wished the setting to be continuously changeable. ‘Fragmented’, ‘crushed’ and ‘crystallized’ became the keywords that sparked the design. The black crystal shaped tables are designed in modules, so they can be shaped and reshaped, continuously adapting to the current selection of designer labels. A graphical mirror twists and turns along the walls, giving back a fragmented view of the store in its surfaces. Old industrial lamps and other industrial elements give finish, texture and depth to the interior.
