We were asked to make SUBU by the family behind "South Beauty Group", one of the largest and most influential restaurant operators in China. South Beauty Group wanted us to rebrand, redefine and redesign the "classic" Chinese restaurant. We took the Chinese inspiration and fused it with the Scandinavian design approach and created an atmosphere that is international yet accentuated with Chinese influences.
