The vision of this project was to create a monumental landmark; giving the community a new proud and green identity.
The building should be inviting and open to the people in the community. By including the community, the building will also become a center for leisure, shopping and dining; creating a fertile environment for small businesses.
The building should embrace a variety of functions, leading from the private residences and offices to the relaxing green retreats in the park and on to the vibrant, pulsating life in the free market. The interior in the building should be based on a simple but modern structure and taste, creating a place of cleanliness and quality. This will provide the optimal physical surroundings for the residents to enjoy their jobs and lives. The building should be able to adapt a variety of functions, making the overall disposition versatile and open to change, so that the building will be able to grow alongside the community.
